If returning, we ask you to do so within 30 days for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and after receiving your returned goods in unused condition, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs to return any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will provide an address to ship the product to. Consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot refund if your return is lost in the mail.
We'll gladly replace defective items if notified within 30 days of purchase. Send us an email with pictures of the defect to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you further instructions.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
